General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop bananass.de.
Our offer is exclusively directed at consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code).

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding online catalog.
You can initially place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your order.
By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by e-mail immediately after the order is placed.
The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order with a declaration of acceptance by e-mail or ship the goods.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The contract language is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and these GTC by e-mail.
The contract text can be viewed in the customer account, provided a customer account has been created.
4. Delivery Conditions
4.1 Shipping Area
We currently deliver exclusively within Germany.
4.2 Shipping Costs
For orders over €79, delivery is free of charge.
The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to the customer in the ordering process before the order is completed.
4.3 Delivery Times
Standard delivery time is usually 1–3 business days.
Depending on the product, delivery time may vary between 3 and 5 business days.
The stated delivery times apply, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description.
4.4 Shipping Method
Delivery is exclusively by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Self-collection is not possible.
4.5 Partial Deliveries
If reasonable partial deliveries are necessary, we reserve the right to deliver orders in multiple shipments. The customer will not incur additional shipping costs as a result.
5. Payment
Various secure payment methods are available in our shop.
The currently available payment methods will be displayed to you during the ordering process.
All prices are total prices including statutory VAT.
6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Right of Withdrawal, Warranty and Voluntary Returns
7.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days in accordance with the separate withdrawal policy.
The voluntary right of return described below does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal.
7.2 Statutory Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
7.3 Extended Return Option (100 Days)
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer you an extended return option of up to 100 days.
Our goal is to provide you with a safe and trustworthy shopping experience.
The prerequisite for exercising this voluntary return option is that the goods are in an unused and original packaged condition.
7.4 Exclusion for Hygiene Articles
According to § 312g (2) No. 3 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies in particular to certain erotic and intimate products.
8. Discretion and Trust
Your privacy is our highest priority.

9. Dispute Resolution
